All the documents can be pretty space consuming. The PDF bible alone is about half a gigabyte. So I would recommend to either only save the personal editings and notes and configurations online. Or to make it possible to save everything manually/offline (this way you can spare the extra load to th jw.org servers in case of full recovery). But let me mind that the extra load one does cause by downloading the publications to a new device every couple months/years is neglegible.

To accommodate for PDF and Rich-Text view this could, for example, either be done by writing it right to the Bible Study button on the Main Page or by writing it into one of the pull-down/pull-up menus.

This could be easily done. It's nothing more than allowing you to link to a PDF, EPUB, etc, of your choice and putting a shortcut into "Favorites" or a new category all together.

You can always look at it in PDF mode. EPUB is nothing more than HTML in a container. It should be possible to adjust the view in some ways, but I don't know, whether the EPUB file contains those stylistic details in the first place.

Could be more easily done by adding an option (e.g. a button in the menu, or a context menu button at long press) to search for the word in the Watchtower Online Library. The Insight books will be among the first results.
