How to disable the Hyperlink warning message in OneNote for desktop?

I found out how to disable the Hyperlink warning message. It is a registry entry in Office 2013 products.

I added a post to indicate how 8.1 RT users have to do the same thing. In RT, the registry node of interest is under HKEY_USERS, rather than HKEY_CURRENT_USER. The user nodes all start with "S" followed by a long string of numbers. It took me a while to locate the exact sequence of nodes that the article references. But once I found the correct node, it worked as described. My tree in RT looks like this:

HKEY_USERS\(S-1-5-21-3654...long number)\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Common\

Then I added the "Security" key and the DWORD value DisableHyperlinkWarning = 1

I expect that the instructions would work as described on a full Windows 8.1 system.
