If the app doesn't start (or even doesn't install) on Windows 10 (desktop), please, contact the Microsoft Windows support (using the special
Support application in Windows 10). This problem is not related to the app itself, but is a bug in Windows 10, so you need to contact Microsoft directly for them to try solve it.
You can also try to reinstall Windows 10 or to downgrade your OS to Windows 8.1 - in case if nothing else helps.
